Comment 2 - on Sharon Meeley's blog about Alfie Patten and dog shit and rants about other just as bad stuff

http://beinggood-selhurst62.blogspot.com/
I totally agree with Sharon Meeley when she says that 'kids' like Alfie Patten are responsible for their own actions . When i was in high school we started sex education in our first year so age is no excuse. Alfie's girlfriend is older than him so should have known better. I disagree with Sharon that the parents aren't to blame, i feel they are just as much to blame as the 4 foot Romeo himself. Its a well documented fact that the children of teenage mums have kids just as young when they grow up. It runs in the families. Maggie Thatcher was right to go on about dependency culture, its obviously us, the tax payer, who is going to pay for Pattens baby. They feel its a right to be provided with some where to live and benefits. It makes me really angry when scutters like him are knocking out kids at that age and our pensioners who fought for our freedom during the war are suffering in poverty. When i was 13 i knew the difference between right and wrong, i knew about the birds and the beasts, and i knew i was responsible for my own actions. It takes two to tango, and i know for a fact if i had done what Alfie has i would have got a right kicking off my parents for showing the family up and bringing disrespect on my home. There is absolutely nothing that can justify having a child at his age. My best mate reckons the kid can't be Alfie's cause he don't look like his balls have dropped, let alone need a shave. There is no way at their age they can legally earn the money to provide for a child so why on earth does the government allow it to go on. The Telegraph says government studies show the number of teen pregnancies are increasing, so the problem is getting worse. I'm all for peoples rights and having choice, but people like that just take the piss. Change the subject, bloods starting to boil. And yes, they are all bad, equally.

Anyway, on to more bad blood boiling stuff. My house is only around a ten minute walk from the train station, which i catch to get to uni. So on Tuesday morning i set off to get the train as usual, and i was absolutely astounded at the amount of dog crap that was everywhere. I feel sorry for the people who live on corners around here because it seems they have signs outside their homes which are invisible to normal folk that says, "dogs come shit here - the larger the dog the better". There was one area, about thirty feet of average sized pavement, and on it there were about seven or eight massive mounds, i presume from an Alsatian or Doberman, of shit, and some poor bugger had trod in the one and left footprints. How disgusting is that?

Dog owners who allow their pets to do this are both bad, and very irresponsible. That shite spreads germs into homes and carpets off shoes and trainers. My nan was saying the other day that when she was young people used to scrub their door step till it shone, and everyone would sweep the piece of pavement outside of their homes to keep the street clean. Whatever happened to that pride people used to have in their area? Dog owners who don't clean up after their pets are most definitely bad, and bastards at that. So the question is why do they do it? Is it a sense of not being bothered about where they live, a lack of pride in their street? I'd say this plays a part, but i guarantee the kind of person who lets their dog go to the toilet outside some poor buggers home will definitely be a scutter in other ways, like spitting everywhere, not cleaning up their rubbish, chucking fag butts everywhere and failing to do other good citizenly things like that. I think the fines should be harsher, and more of those sly little cameras' the police have started attaching to lamp posts should be used. Or make the bastards eat it when they get caught.

Time to go, I'm beginning to think i must be a sad moaning bugger typing a blog this long, but at least I'll get an A. Its 11.30 pm so i have to publish this so i can come back and moan some more tomorrow. Good night all.
